All items are made to order.  

Standard production timelines are 10-14 days for Deluxe Tent Kits.  Pillowcase and other accessory items are 10-12 days.  All orders ship from Irvine, CA. and transit time will be added to above mentioned production timelines.  Feel free to reach out for any rush inquires. 

** For ALL ORDERS, TAG Event Kits (Tag Promotions. Inc.) shall invoice freight charges separately once calculated. This is due to many of the items listed on the site being oversized and exceeding normal UPS size and weight restrictions. Depending on the items selected and final destinations, we will combine items when possible so that we can provide an accurate cost effective freight cost for your order. These freight charge invoices can be expected within 2-3 business days after your initial order is placed. 

Any and all accessory items (back wall panels, 9ft flags, side panels, etc…) are created for our specific premium style 10×10 frame and most likely will not be compatible with frames purchased elsewhere. Product colors may not match materials that have been sun-bleached or purchased elsewhere.
